Saturday morning: meditation followed by mysore-style ashtanga
and breakfast
Saturday afternoon: we will offer a 2hr technical session plus a restorative evening session before dinner
Sunday: meditation followed by mysore-style ashtanga
Cost: $195 (prepaid by Dec 1st)
Meals and refreshments are optional and extra cost (more info coming)
