How? When?
Attend a live class VIA ZOOM to meet each other and cover the basics in detail on Monday 26 Sept 6-7pm and then over 2 weeks I will send you 4 short practice videos to practice anywhere and anytime. Over the 2 weeks we carefully build the foundations of a self practice and a method that will start to unlock your body’s restrictions and give you more energy.
Plus you can keep the videos to use separately as mini practice sessions or combine them.
